Future Flyers Club Return Policies
We strive for loyal and happy customers and, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Future Flyers Club you may return it for an in store credit. Return Policy.
If you are not fully satisfied within 10 days of the delivery date, please return your order to us. Call our dedicated customer service at
412 653 8875 from 9 am-5 pm EST.
NOTE: A Return Authorization Number (RMA) is required for all returns.
You may return an item for an in store credit of the purchase price less any shipping charges, discount coupons*, and a 15% restocking fee. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on clothing, hats, costumes, pedal planes, special orders and large furniture items.
The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure credit. We cannot accept returns for an item with any indications that it has been used.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.

Refused Shipments
Any order that is shipped and refused at delivery will be charged a 50% restocking fee as well as return shipping costs. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Coupon Codes & Special Promotions
Any special coupon codes or promotions must be used at the time of checkout. We will not be able to apply any coupon codes or promotions once you have already placed your order.
Damaged Items
Future Flyers Club makes every effort to ship your package in good condition. Unfortunately, packages may be damaged during the shipping process. If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one at our discretion and completely at our expense. Please be sure to inspect your item(s) for concealed damage if you do not plan on using it immediately. Contact Customer Support within 2 business days of the delivery date to report the damage.
Credit and Return Time
It takes about 7- 10 business days for us to receive the returned or exchanged product back from you. Within 72 hours of receiving the item back in our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail that reflects that you have been issued an instore credit that is good only for the purchase of products.
All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only and can only be issued to the purchaser.
Canceling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please call us at 412 653 8875 As Soon As Possible to cancel it. We cannot cancel an order after it ships.
